Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Decorly AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decorly AI ("we", "our", or "us").

Decorly AI is an AI-powered mobile application that generates interior design visualizations based on photos you provide. The service includes AI room redesigns, decoration style previews, and design tools such as wall color changes, furniture swaps, lighting adjustments, and room layout optimization.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• AI design generations require credits. A limited number of free credits are provided to new users upon registration.
• Additional credits can be obtained through subscription plans (weekly or monthly) or one-time credit pack purchases.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• To cancel your subscription: Open your device Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > select Decorly AI > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Unused credits from subscription periods do not roll over to the next period. One-time credit pack purchases do not expire.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers take effect at the start of the next billing period, and you will be notified in advance.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos containing inappropriate, illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload photos that you do not have the right to use or that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or exploit the AI system or any part of the App
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or other programmatic methods to access or interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

The Decorly AI App, including its design, source code, AI models, algorithms, trademarks, and all related content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload. For AI-generated designs, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, save, share, and display those designs for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute AI-generated designs without our prior written consent.

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DECORLY AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decorly AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile > Delete Account). Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
