End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Decorly AI ("we", "our", or "us") for your use of the Decorly AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or AI models of the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or access to it to any third party
• Use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices in the App
• Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to interact with the App
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or access controls of the App

This EULA is between you and Decorly AI only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period at the rate of your current plan.
• To manage or cancel your subscription: Open your device Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > select Decorly AI > Cancel Subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate room design visualizations. These designs are for inspiration and visualization purposes only. They are not professional interior design advice, architectural plans, or structural assessments. Generated designs may not accurately reflect real-world feasibility, dimensions, material properties, or building code requirements. You should consult a qualified professional before making purchasing decisions or structural changes based on AI-generated content. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated designs.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DECORLY AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Decorly AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Decorly AI regarding the App, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
